Looking to buy a network media hub for the missus. She'd want to access streamed radio, but I think it'll be handy to get access to my erm... video files to play on the projector.

So far, I've come up with a pinnacle showcenter that seems to tick all the boxes, but I'm unsure. Are they all likely to be of silmilar quality, or is there anything on the market that wipes the floor with the opposition?

BTW, I've got a wireless 802.11g network that it'll need to access.

What product would you recommend?

Nice stuff on that site, but not really what I'm looking for Their incar LCD TV's look good, so looks like a new project might be on the cards, but for now, I'll try and concentrate on the media hub.

ahhh the money consuming power of the internet

Theres loads of in car software to play music, video, do sat nav, ODBC etc but Im actually in the middle of writing my own. By that time ive finished it (probably 2099) Im planning on having a nice system based around those very screens, a VIA SP1300 ITX board and a 60GB 2.5" laptop disk. Cant wait to as having 30 odd cds floating around the car is becoming irritating.

Take a look on www.mp3car.com for other finsihed software projects.

As is the Netgear one (MP115). Most useless piece of tech I've ever spent money on.
