CD printer

Hi guys,
can any one recommend a good printer that can print straight onto CD's.I have a Epson 950 stylus photo, but the results are poor.

I have the Epson R300, which I think is excellent. Prints onto CD are superb quality.

Are you using inkjet printable CDs - I know it sounds stupid, but most CDs won't take the ink very well.

I've done hundreds on my SP950 and now on my R800 and while the R800 is better overall I had no problems with the SP950.

I've had issues with some printable CDs but that was due to me chosing silver, or gold over matt/glossy white and/or full-face.

Any of the Epson R series are good IME.
I got an R200 early last year and it prints CD's to a very high quality.

I tend to buy CDs/DVDs from SVP (www.svp.co.uk/index.php).
