Cleaning Laptop Screen

Whats the best thing to use to clean the screen on my Thinkpad?

I've got some glasses cleaning wipes and a spray and cloth (for glasses) can I use these or do I need a specific product?

Should be OK, just try a tiny bit on the plastic first and don't press too hard on the LCD.

Just bought some of these - did an excellent job on my TFT monitor and laptop plus they are cheap as chips.
