Saving and reading e-mails
Discussion
As my PC is on the blink, I have saved important e-mails to CD.
On trying to read the saved email from the CD I am told they cannot be opened.
It seems that to read them, I have to import them to a PC. They have the .dbx suffix.
I am trying to avoid putting anything on another PC from this one in case I transfer a problem with the mail, though 3 different virus scanners have found nothing.
I am directed by the system to seek a way of reading these emails on the net and it looks as if it would require new software to read them from the CD. Anyone know different?
Cheers

Hi Tafia,
Assuming that you can copy the .dbx files onto a WinXP machine, there is a complete walkthrough guide here that should solve your problem:
