At the risk of showing myself up as a complete IT moron here...where are the songs stored in iTunes?

Trying to put them all into another program but can't find them anywhere. I've searched My Documents, My Program Files, My Music, My Shared Files...nothing.

If you want something quick then try www.ephpod.com/ instead. No need for itunes, thats of course if you are synching an ipod.

I'm actually trying to get all my music from iTunes and put it into Sony SonicStage as I just bought the new Walkman. I tried importing through SS but it was having none of it so I then had a read online and it appears the two aren't compatible. It looks like I'll have to copy my 100+ cd's onto the PC again.

I thought that sony agreed a firmware update that supports MP3. If your itunes music was ripped from CD as MP3 then you should be able to import it. I am working all night so happy to start looking for you for a solution!

I have a Sony ND (can't remember numbers) 20Gb and an iPod Nano, they share the same music files. Sonic stage is a nightmare to use until you get the hang of it. If your files are Mp3 format then you shouldn't have a problem putting them onto the Sony.

iTunes shows them as M4A format. When in SonicStage is asking for pretty much anything other than those, even when I ask it to search the iTunes folder for 'All mucic formats' it comes up with a blank.

No big deal though, I'm going to copy my 10 favourite CDs on now and worry about the rest next week.
