Yahoo email advice

On my yahoo account im a paid subscriber to a commercial service where they email me around 30- 40 emails in a block, but they are saying that they get many of these bounce back as undeliverable sometimes days later & I also get some of these delivered a few days later- which is then too late for me.

The company email is set up with its own inbox folder & I have the email address saved so it shouldnt be seen as spam, tho maybe the 40 odd emails in a block is making the system think it is?
