Any apple users?

[Mac user!]

Does anyone apart from me on here use an apple? :silly

[deevlash]

I prefer to eat apples

[klassiekerrally]

Two iMacs at home and one G4 at work, to be replaced soon by an Intel iMac 20".
No PC for me thank you very much...

(I wonder how long it takes before this thread is moved to the computers and stuff department...)

Yes!

First Apple was an Macintosh SE/in 1989 and have been upgrading every 2-3 years since.

My current machine is a PowerMac G5 Dual 2ghz with 30" Apple Cinema Display - for both work & pleasure.

Yes, iMacs at home and work. Nice kit, although the first gen Intel iMacs have a few 'issues', shall we say.

Still happy not to be lining Uncle Gates' pockets!

You mean there's another type of computer out there?

Similar to another poster - bought my first Apple Mac Plus in 1985 and upgraded regularly ever since. That first computer cost £1,500 with a teeny weenie HD and hardly any RAM.

[waynepixel]

yes my friend

On my 2nd and use them all the time professionally
although one is giving me big hassle tonight, not mine though.

Hoping a G5 Quad will find its way into my possession soon.

I'm eating one if that helps? No?

Dust anyone? No?

Dust? No?

How bout a little bit of dust? No?

[markmullen]

Yes, my dad had one of the very very first Macs imported from the US in the early 80s when his company was an Apple Centre. Since then I've had most models, when I moved house I had to cut down from 12 Macs!

Now the tally runs to:

1) 9600 running G3 card - SETI machine
2) Same again!
3) G3 Pismo Powerbook - daily driver
4) PowerBook 5300c - awaiting new power supply
5) Colour Classic - a classic.

I used to work for Apple a few years back as an iTeam member, they gave me my first iPod as a Christmas present when they first came out!

Apple ][ Europlus.

[Prof Beard]

Use an old G4 at work, an iMac II at home as well as a PC desktop at home and a PC laptop all over the place. I like MacOS better than Windoze

[zippee]

Got a G4 i-Book and absolutely hate it. Been replaced now twice under warranty within 12 months and on my 2nd hard drive in this one. Would change gor a PC laptop but after having spent £1100 on this I can't afford to.
Looks good though!

Have two ibook G4's, a G5, 2 imacs (purple) & an old G3.
