Disk Activity Monitor

A while back on here, someone mentioned a program that shows you what processes/programs are using what files in windows in a real-time display.

I used it at the time, but can't find it now. I've seached this forum, but I remember the thread wasn't specifically about it.

Does anybody know what it might be? It was a freebie program too.
