MS Word 2003 issue

I have a small problem with Word 2003. When I start it up, I get a MS Visual C++ Runtime Library error, and it quits. If I run it from another user it works fine, no problems. Anyone got any ideas what might be causing it - or is a re-install the order of the day?

I'd sling the disc in and in the first instance I'd try the repair option! if it's available. Failing that I'd reinstall!
