IT Contractor rates in NZ

[jimothy]

Not sure if I should post this on here or business...

The missus and I are considering a short stint (as a try out for a longer stint) in New Zealand. I was just wondering if anyone knows what the IT contractor rates are over there in the banks? How do they compare to here?

Thanks in advance!

Doing what?

I was on $45 ph which is not to shabby for chch as a sw dev guy.

PA $60-100k is average.
