I'm currently in the process of decorating my lounge, once completed i'll have my TV (Twin Scart Input) and Freeview box in one corner of the room and my HI-FI (Incorporating DVD/Harddisk, connected via single scart throught the amp) in another corner. My question is: Is there any way of distributing the required scart signals wirelessly? i could run scart leads under the floor but this doesn't allow me to change the layout in the future.

Would it not be just simpler to move the Hi-Fi to the same side of the room?
Wireless sound is pretty poor still and not without it's own issues.

Well if you are happy to use a cat5 cable you could use KAT5.tv which allows you to send the stuff over cat5 cable. I run my whole house using this stuff, with s-video from SKY and a special RGB box from the DVD.

The url is www.kat5.tv and you can buy the boxes from www.laser.com.

You can use a wireless transmitter like this

www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000093TCI/203-7422930-1865559

but be aware that it is likely be sensitive to obstacles including people moving around the room
