Flash / Powerpoint embedding question

Hi,

I've got a short powerpoint presentation that I have semi successfully embeddeded 3 small flash animations into - ie they intermittently work ok.... but not consistently - which is not good enough!

One animation calls around 8 small files into it and the other two are complete.

I have two problems.

1. When I view the presentation it sticks on 2 of the slides with the flash files in refusing to turn to the next page.

2. The third flash file refuses to save the loop option when I tick the radio button and save the presentation, I play it once & it's unchecked again.

I know there are utilities & fixes for this but my additional question is this;
If I use a utility that is downloaded as a fix to my PC/version of PPt but then burn the presentation to a CD Rom for a platform presentation at a conference which is played on a presentation/projector computer will it then revert back to 'unfixed'.
