cd-rw prob

I've got a compaq evo n1005v, with a teac dw224e dvd/cd-rw optical drive. Recently when I've tried burning cd-rw's the drive has not been able to do so. The error message says, the cd you are trying to use is not compatible with windows. Yet they are the very same discs that I have always used... I have tried updating the drivers, but to no help...

Any advice?
