powerpoint playin movies

[billb]

trying to get a movie to play via powerpoint - movie is .wmv file. works fine on its own and opens via media player straight away. work fine as a hyperlink in powerpoint and opens in media player. try and embed it in powerpoint by doing file insert movie and it hangs for 20 secs before playing. any ideas as it ruins the flow of the presentation?

thanks
