Broadband? Whos the best package with?
Discussion
Hi guys,
Just moving into new pad.
Need broadband. Have been with Pippex in the past and they were really quite bad.
In the e1 area of London.
Requirements:
(1) Reliable!
(2) Cheap
(3) Good customer service
(4) Unltd downloading a month (none of this 2 gb a month crap).
Anything that comes with TV or phone packages that AREN'T rip-offs!!?
Thanks y'all.

i went with Demon for unlimited downloads. It's a 2MB package for £20per month.
Never had an issue that i needed to take up with customer serives so can't report with that. Everything was done online, and in 7 days i was online. i also moved into a new home.
Sending an email off to them now actully to find out when they are going to up the speed from 2mb to the max on the line (5.5 for me i think)

I would once have recommended plus.net. Not no more - their customer service is good, as long as you are asking a run-of-the-mill question. If, alternatively, you were given a better modem/router when you signed up than they currently supply, and it breaks, they won't honour this, and provide you with the standard (crap) USB-thingie.
Not impressed.
Oli.
