Stats package

I'm looking for a stats package to analyse web logs, but i have a very specific requirement to see individual visits and where those individual visits go on the site. in fact there are a number of sites and I'd like a package to be able to track the whole visit by a single person across them.

i've just tried ClickTracks which doesn't work cause we don't use a markup language it understands.

I remember seeing a beautiful package many years ago that used lots of little red lines to show individual users and what they viewed, but have no idea what its called.
