Hi Guys,
I'm using Wanadoo Broadband on a BT line, allegedly 1meg. However,it seems a lot slower than when I installed it and sometimes files are apparently transferring at only 40kb/s.
I've heard there's a website where you can check out your connection, any ideas? And if it is slow, how best to complain?

Alright for some, I'm with NTL's 10MB service, and I'm lucky to get 4Kb/s!

Mind you, Ive got someone coming tomorrow (probably, you never know with NTL) to fix it, not that I'm annoyed with them, he was meant to come monday but went to the wrong address, 3 and a half hours on the phone grumble moan complain whinge...
