Photoshop Elements - Any Experts?

[vex]

I am trying to fully justify some text and just can not do it.

Any ideas, from what I can see it only allows Left, Right or Centre justify.

Not sure about elements, but in PS there is a button along the top bar, that's from 7.0.1 onwards, I can't remember as far back as 6.
