How do I play the last Top Gear (4) "rar" file type?

[PiB]

I've gotten this before like with the Olympics special Top Gear. How do I play these were instead of a .avi quick time video I get a folder of a bunch of files. My VLC player won't even play it. Help! Clarkson's my hero!

Download winrar, then double click on it, should be composed of maybe 28 files or something, double click the last one and wait, then the .avi file should become apparent.

Here's the link for WinRar: www.rarlabs.com/rar/wrar351.exe
