So does anybody have one of these yet? Any thoughts re how they compare to an IPOD? How much memory do they come with as standard?

The kicker will, I suspect, be Nokia's unwillingness to let you sync it with your existing music library (as noted in the article). I'd love one - but unless I can sync it with my iTunes library, I'll skip it and move onto another device. Apple allegedly have a proper iPhone in the works, and that'll be my target device. My music is more important to me than my phone brand or model.

Not fussed about iTunes - but like the ability to play back WMA files as I've a few thousand of those on the home server...

I'd have thought you'd be man in the right place to know

Orange just rang me up offering me a deal to stay with them, but they haven't released the N91 yet

You'd have thought so wouldn't you? I can get all the tech widget specs you can throw big thick manuals at but can I find one of our internal 'product wizards' for the N91, can I buggery!

Oh and when I phoned our staff accounts tema to change over an older phone they quoted me £300+ to 'upgrade'

Time to visit the staff shop and have a chat me thinks...
