How/Can I record radio internet music from iTunes?
Discussion
You missed the most important info - are you running iTunes on windows or Mac?
There was an old app on the Mac called RadioFree which recorded internet radio streams to MP3, from the Acquisition developer (Chris Watanbe? IIRC) - I think it's been pulled but I can send you a copy if you like. NB no piracy involved as the app was freeware anyway.
The other option on the Mac is Audio Hijack which can record anything the Mac is playing at any time.
If you're using Windows then I have no idea.

On a Mac, with Wiretap Pro. The unregistered version does basic recording, more features work if you pay for it.

Then total recorder is what you want. About £10, I also had the last 2 upgrades free (bought it about 2 years ago)
