My landlady had to come over to our flat today because there is a problem with my boiler. However, I think she has logged onto my PC because I just got booted out of both my messengers and there's only two PCs with my credentials on it, and I'm using one of them ;o) Apart from looking at 'My Recent Documents', is there any other way to tell what she has been looking at? (where does the MRU List sit?)

Also, assuming she has been through my PC, what is the legal standpoint on this?

Just call her on it - she'll not know that you have no proof (assuming average PC-numptiness)

I also want to see what files she looked at......and I don't think if I called her up she would tell me

Do a search for all files and folders. Include the hidden stuff. Look for when modified = last week and then order by the last modified date. Look for something in the profile that probably changed about the right time.

How could she log on to your computer without knowing your password?
