Making animated GIF's

Does anyone know of a free downloadable I can use to make an animated GIF from 3xJPG? (I dont know of anything native to XP which can do this?

I seem to remember a few years back that Paintshop Pro (trial) was bundled with Animation Shop which was rather splendid at creating animated gifs!

initially this sounded ace, but the site is so full of techno gobbledegook i was boggle-eyed at it all .. click to download and there's a list of about 50 different things all with different names and no explanation what to do next! help.

a one-click-downloads-everything-you-need-to-get-started button is what i need. where to find?

unfreez is your friend. Just make your frames in whatever graphics package you prefer, then chuck them in.

Just realised that you said you have 3xjpgs to start with - you'll need to use gifs with unfreez but it should be pretty easy to convert jpgs to gifs.
