Just changed to Outlook 2003 running against Exchange... I want to view the day in calendar view. Do you think I can find a way to show the day instead/as well as the date in the column headings? Can I bollox It shows it in a month view, but I want the day visible in week and day view as well.

So come on, put a grumpy old man out of his misery, how do you customize the calendar so that it shows days as well as dates at the top of the column headings in week/day view?

Customize current view my arse, that's where it should be but it isn't. So where is it?

Outlook picks that up from your Regional settings; you have to change the "Long date" to "dddd dd MMMM yyyy", which will give "Friday 07 July 2006". Perhaps not ideal though...

You on the other hand are helping tremendously

I'll see how it affects other apps but it looks how I want for now. Shame they didn't give it it's own formatting option.
