Any Photoshop folks about?

Hi all,

after a quick favour from someone out there thats good with Photoshop blur and background eraser tools

Basically have a pic (drawing) of my new house - want sky removed and a bit of blur to the edge so I can print postcard size "we have moved" cards with a personal touch

Had a go myself and cant get a good enough quality, but I think to someone who knows what they are doing with PS it would be a 3-4 min job!
