I would like to have a more jazzed up signature at the bottom of my business emails, I recently received one with nice little phone and fax icons next to the numbers, is there any easy way of obtaining this kind of template?

Every one I try and create myself in Outlook seems to have crazy formatting when I look at the preview?

Many thanks
Nick

Yup. I had a DHTML one where all the text 'flew' in from all angles to make up the sig. Didn't go down too well with the management types....so obviously I had it for some time

But remember it will look shite and unprofessional when clients who don't html-enable their mail client receive your emails.

Tried Plaxo and it is not really what I want as I just want a nice Sig at the bottom of all my mails that doesn't look like something a ten year old would produce (allowing for the fact that most ten yr olds are better at IT than me!).

I try and do it in the sig editor in Outlook but it seems to change all the spacings and sizes when you accept the edit and go to preview?

Thanks
Nick

Think hard before you use HTML in emails. It is for webpages, not for emails. While all web browsers will process HTML, not all email clients will and if the recipient is running a mail client that doesn't it comes out looking rubbish.

This is what my monthly email from egg looks like.
