phpbb theme change help!

Loaded a new theme on to the server but cant figure out how to change it, I have added it but still nothing it stays the standard subsilver!

I had a couple of problems doing this. If you download the theme from phpbb, it has two folders with the same name. Something like subblack/subblack/then all the files. When you upload it, only upload one folder. Does that make sense? This is only from memory, and if it doesn't work let me know and I'll see what else I can work out.

Just to try and clarify that, the file structure should be:
phpbb/templates/whateverthemeyoupicked/then all the .tpl files and the theme admin folder.

NOT
phpbb/templates/whateverthemeyoupicked/whateverthemeyoupicked/then all the .tpl files and the theme admin folder.

Just to add. When you done that, from the admin control panel, select themes and add it again. It should then become available in the forum configuration or personal profile selections.

In the General config remember to set it to "over ride users template" or something like that. (where you choose the default)
