What would you use to do this?

I want to print out a schedule to be signed when a tape is changed. Mon-Thurs is easy enough in Excel but I also want Friday 1 through 5 depending on the week of the month. Obviously not all months will use the fifth tape. Each month should be a single page of A4.

I fear a rofl may not be entirely appropriate!

I probably should have looked at Excel templates on the web before asking though, found exactly what I want in two seconds flat

B*gger. I just spent 10 minutes changing the Perl program I use to print operators shift rotas to do what you want. Still want it?

I have exactly this for my Daily tape changes for clients and my onsite engineers, it sends them an email every morning informing them of the barcode / labels needed.

it sends them a reminder email 15 mins later if they've been slow to react.

It then asks them to confirm back by hand the barcode used (to try and avoid mistakes) and logs their name and the time in an online database.

Clients love it.
