anyone work for hp?

ordered a load of pc's in june that were on offer as a complete set with monitor and integrated work station. the pc's arrived straight away just not the integrated work stations. they said 2 weeks then end of this month now they cant say. is there anyone i can ring at hp bar the reseller ( who says hp says they dont know )to find out when i'll get them as the delay could cause us a lot of problems? have tried the usual numbers and have just been passed around and have currently been waiting 18 mins on their "customer service" number!
