mp3 file seperation?

[Polarbert]

Is there anything that I can download that can make the one track I have split into around 15 seperate tracks? Basically I recorded an album from a CD but it has only recorded one hour long mp3 file as opposed to 15 or 3 minute ones.

Many thanks for help.

Ok, I have d/led Audacity. How the hell do I creat seperate mp3 tracks? I've had a look but a lot of the options are greyed out.

I have imported the file into the program, now I just need to know how to do it.
