anyone got a sonyericsson M600i?
Discussion
Yes, I've had a M600i (in white) for the last month or so.
(My M600i desktop with geeky theme
)
Absolutely wonderful bit of kit, certainly the best (pda) phone I've had in a long, long time. So much better than the O2 Exec it replaces
Is there anything specific you want to know?

I'm waiting for one too (hence the earlier post).
How does it connect to wifi - I assume it has a Mac address and can cope with encryption?
Is there any software available to detect when you're near an unprotected wifi point?
I've heard the processor is slower than the 400MHz kit in the M500 - it is noticeable?
And finally, when you close an application, is it really closed???

1. No built in WiFi. Connectivity is USB (via SE proprietary port), IRDA, GPRS, 3G and Bluetooth. You need the P990 if you want WiFi (and Camera).
2. Much faster than the O2 Exec (HTC Universal) which had a 500Mhz (approx - can't remember exactly) processor.
3. You can choose to close and application or minimise. The top-right icon is a task manager which lets you switch apps as well as shut down apps selectively.

We are talking about different devices! I've got a Sony Ericsson M600i not Orange SPV M600
