We have just had our PC guard updated and now whatever website i go on it doesnt store my log in information noe my passwords or anyone the websites. The history deletes itself after i have closed the internet and its really getting to me, say i wanted to go on to google (pure example) then i would put in www.g in the address box but now it doesnt come up with it in the sub box, i now have to type every website.

Can someone help ! please!

I would suspect that you've hit the nail on the head in your post.
It sounds to me like there's a setting somewhere in PCGuard that is ticked to delete all history on PC shutdown.

Simple way of testing this...
log on to the Internet and go to google (presumable you'll have to type the whole address)
close the internet, but don't restart the computer
re-open the internet and try typing the start of the google address and see if it autocompletes.
If it does, the problem is a setting within PC guard, if not, let us know.

Have you checked the settings in IE?

e.g. Toos/Internet Options/General/History

yes it does autocomplete. It is now a problem only with usernames and passwords. IT will not remember them at all.

OK, the problem is definately a setting within PC guard.

It's not a piece of software I'm familiar with I'm afraid, but have a look around all the menus, you should see something mentioning history deletion on one of them - post some screenshots here if you want.
