xset.exe for windows anyone?

Hi guys,

has anyone got a URL where I can download this utility please...

It's looks like just the thing for some batch files I'm writing, Googled it to death, can find the syntax all over the place but can't find anywhere to download the executable.

All I need to do is create or even rename a directory based on the current date using a batch file if anyone knows a better method.
