Hi all, just wondering if anyone knows about Novell GroupWise WebAccess??
I'm currently using Version 6.5 through uni and have an important document I need to print. It's sent in HTML format but I seem to only be able to view it in plain text so it's a load of gobbledeegook!

All the helpdesk people said was to click on view on the groupwise toolbar (would help if I knew what a groupwise toolbar was!) and click HTML, but the only view I see is on the main web page toolbar and there's no mention of HTML there!

I've tried accessing the email from a different PC with no change and can view HTML fine in my other email accounts but can find no settings through groupwise to change.

HELP!!

Dunno much about groupwise myself but...

if it's showing you all the markup code then just file > Save As and then rename the resulting file to .html...

Or am I missing something fundemental?

it was a .822 document so no idea what that was...just saved it with .html on the end and it appears to have worked!!!

Looks like it was me who was missing the fundamental!
