Orange C500

Got a user here who has had 4 replacements on his Orange C500 phone since May. Various faults from locking up to no speach. Orange say they don't have a generic fault with the phone, wondered if any one else is having similar problems.

If it's an Orange SPV C500, then I used one for best part of a year with no problems, other than the fact that it took an eternity to boot up.

It's now sitting in a box in my desk draw cos I've switched to O2 and can't be arsed unlocking it.
