Webby types - What is radiotimes.com up to?

Why would they be talking to reporting.tvlicensing.co.uk?

I can't see it in the source but then again I'm not very webby..

Had to turn of Adblock to see it, but just over from where it says RadioTimes at the top is a advert for TV Licensing, flash based.
Rotates when I refresh so I'd suggest that at least one or more advert is either pointing or being fed from that location.
