thanks everyone who recently gave me advice on watercooling gone and done it,pump/cpu/gpu,chipset/dual rad in that order got my temp now down to 37 idle /44 load,san diego amd 64/4000 @ 2880 with memory still at 2/2/2/8 1T timings benched stable. am well pleased may go a bit more just waiting for eveything to settle down,thanks again.
