Does anyone have one of these that they no longer need? Happy to exchange for beer tokens.

I'm rebuilding a PC for a community organisation as a favour but the person has lost the license key.

If it is genuine, you can phone Microsoft and they will give you an installation key over the phone. I lost the key for Office 2003 and they were quite helpful.

Any particular reason they need the full version of Outlook?

Thunderbird is a mail client that does most of what Outlook can do and its free.

Plotless

I think they need the full version as they want to use ActiveSynch to synch the contacts and calender with a whizzy Orange phone.

Ahh.

You could use Outlook Express (free) and SyncExpress3 (£10 or so) which would achieve the same end.

My whizzy Orange phone came with full Outlook. Tell them to look for the disk where they keep the manual for the phone.
