Thumbnails from .wmv video

[philthy]

Title says it all really. I need to get a few thumbnails from some .wmv files I have. Have spent the last hour or so googling for freeware with no luck. I only need to do 3 thumbnails, so don't want to be shelling out for software. Tried doing a screen grab and paste into photoshop with no luck as well.
Anyone got any ideas ?
TIA
Phil

Do you have XP with Windows Movie Maker? That'll do it.

Note: If you are running XP and DONT have it goto add/remove programs the windows components and find it in that list (I think its there anyway!)

I'll have a quick look now.
Thanks for that.
