Converting .3gp files to .avi

[HeavySoul]

Can anyone help please,

I have a few .3gp videos from my Sony Ericsson K750 which I would like to download and post in .avi or similar internet friendly file type.

I tried to download and post direct but there was no sounds and the quality was not great either. I tried opening via iTunes/Media Player but they wouldn't recognise the files and then crashed!

I know there must be an easy way round this....

You need the Miksoft 3gp converter.
