ioRdyUI.dll error Loading Resource dll

Having followed various Iomegas instructions to try and 'find' my missing Drive for my external HDD including uninstalling their software. I have now reintstalled Iomegaware 4.02 and keep getting the above error message when booting up.
The problem is recognised on Iomegas pages https://iomega-na-en.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/iomega_na_en.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=1075 but their solution hasn't helped at all

Remove the hardware from control panel, deinstall the software and reboot. Make sure it's booting without the error message. Install the latest version of the software/hardware according to the instructions.

Thanks.....interestingly couldnt uninstall one part of the Iomage software and after some searching found the disk...so did a 'repair' job then did an update of the Iomegaware ...and seems to be working now just fine....
