I am just trying to confirm what this board will support:
Intel Extreme D975bx-304 975X (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

Will it handle 1066 ddr2 sdram? or only up to 800Mhz?

Do I have to use an ATI card? or will a PCI express Nvidia card work just as well?

Not sure on the memmory; I'd have assumed you could fit either and if the system can't make full use of it then the RAM will be run underspec.

Should have no issue with either of those Gfx card suppliers; just drop in a compatible (i.e. PCI-E) card, plug in any connectors and bingo.

this is what I thought, but as the spec is not entirely clear I thought I would try and clarify things.
