Download what you need from epson website:

Epson Support

I always check manufacturers websites first

I always do, the problem is I need the software in order to be able to update it, I don't have a copy of the Epson Copy software. The drivers disks, the twain interface etc I have all of this, incl the Adobe Photodeluxe software, I just don't have the copy software....

I've got an Epson 1250 Scanner, but I dont recall seeing/using Copy factory (is that what you need?) The epson support site does however state that copy factory is updateable software for the 1250.

I only got 1 CD with my scanner, and that has drivers on it, it may have copy factory too. I can easily stick a copy of my CD in the post for you if you like.

my email is in my profile.

Colin.
