I have 4 computers on the network

a PC running XP Pro
MacBook (OSX)
PPC Mac Mini (OSX)
Intel Mac Mini (OSX)

I'm trying to access a shared folder on the Intel Mini from the XP PC, but that machine (Mini) is the only one that doesn't appear in the "View Workgroup Computers" on the XP PC. Both the MacBook and the PPC Mini show up with their computer name (as set in the Sharing page os Sys Prefs). However, I can click Start->Run and enter the IP address of the Intel Mini and access it that way (though before you say it, there is a reason I need to be able to access it via it's name and not the IP address).

Anyone know why? I've trawled the network settings of all four machines but can't see anything that would seem out of place.
