tiscalie broadband HELP please

I have installed the system my problem is with broadband running i still cannot recive incoming phone calls. I have tried 4 diffrent splitters still no good. HELP. Not a top IT PERSON. If you can help please to keep it simple. Thank you. Steve.

Have you got microfilters on all your telephone sockets? They need to be fitted to each extension, not just the pc one.

Is your phone handset connected to the analogue output from the splitter it's connected to?

If you disconnect the modem does the phone ring as normal?
