Can someone help me.

I have 5 email addresses. 3 are used everyday, but when I wanted to check the other 2 (that nobody else knows about) i'd press 'file' and then clicked 'switch user' or something like that. I'd have to put a password in and it would check 4 new emails in the normal way. However, I have added microsoft office 2003, and I can find a way to get to 'switch' over to the other 2. Anyone help.

Cheers.

Not on pc while tomoz.

I think you're talking about 'Profiles'. You can create different profiles by going to Control Panel -> Mail. By selecting the appropriate profile when Outlook starts you would then have access to your different email accounts. If those profiles are only available under your user account (I don't know how your PC is set up and whether you're talking about a work or home PC) then it is secure against the casual user.

Why not just add the additional accounts into outlook but check the "leave message on server" option. That way it will just check the extra accounts as a matter of course. Then, when you get back to your system that you want to use to store these messages, check them again and it will download them and delete them from the server.

Similar thing to what I do, however I don't use MS kit. My mail client is Thunderbird but I use Mailwasher to check my email, read/ reply/delete for all my accounts. It only downloads the headers and some text unless you want it to download the full email so you can check to see if it's spam or not (which it flags up). Then I download what I want later.

I'm using Mailwasher Pro, but there is a free version.
