I am currently sitting an MSc in Software engineering (well one week in).

We use Visual Studio 2005 in the tutorials and I would like to get my hands on it for home study (continuity). Can anyone recommend a good / cheap source?

Many thanks

The parent/student/teacher edition is available from here for just over 50 notes.

You used to be able to download it for free from the Microsoft site - try a search for Visual Studio downloads...
