2 TV's from one freeview box
Discussion
I've got a scart output from the freeview box, and a scart input on both TV's. Both in the same room, I want them to show the same channel. Why? Well I've got 2 kicking around and want to have one by the computer and one viewable from the sofa
What's the easiest and cheapest way of doing this? I've tried looking for 1 input -> 2 output scart leads but they don't seem to exist?

Quick reading of the blurb and it looks to me like you could probably bodge together a one-input to two-output sort-of-scart cable yourself so long as your second output plug was missing a few of the connections. I doubt there would be too much problem splitting the RGB (or S-video) and audio connections to two outputs, so long as the impedances were fairly well matched. I'd imagine there might be big problems if you tried to connect the Digital Data Bus to two outputs (I assume it is supposed to be daisy-chained, not fanned out, but I might be wrong). I assume the DDB is used to pass instructions from one bit of kit to another so that you can use one remote to control both the TV and DVD and stuff like that. So you could probably have one normal output, and one dumb-bugger output ... probably explains why no one bothers to make these cables commercially, but if you don't mind potentially trashing two SCART cables, you could try splicing one into another.
