Is there a simple html form painter.

[scared but happy]

Does anyone know of a form 'painter' that will create quick and easy forms and give me the output (source) like this:

[html]testing testing!![head][title]No title[/title]
[form name="isapiform" method="POST" action=" testing/crappy"]
[p][input type="text" name="text" value="hello"][/p]
[p][input type="text" name="text2" value="hello 2"][/p]
[p][input type="submit" value="View Output"]
[/form][/html]

I know its messy and non standard, its just for a personal programme (Delhpi) I am working on.

Thanks
