ActiveSync on Windows Vista RC1?

Has anyone had any success getting Vista to talk to a Road Angel Navigator?
Spent an hour faffing about last night but got nowhere. ActiveSync is not available for Vista (that I can see) and the 'replacement' utility/feature doesn't work.
Thankfully I still have my XP machine in the office so I can still update there for the time being
